In the iPhone app, go to Settings > Feedback & support. The app may include technical context such as app and iOS version, backend, subscription status and document count. Check the contents before sending.
Help us understand your question
Include your account email, device or browser, Buroo version if available, what you tried, what you expected and what happened. Only share screenshots that do not expose sensitive information.
Do not send passwords or complete private documents. We may ask for additional verification to handle account or privacy requests.
Manage your subscription
Make or restore purchases in the iPhone app. To cancel or change a subscription, go to iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. The App Store shows the applicable price and terms.
