Using Buroo
Buroo helps you store, organise, analyse, retrieve, export and delete documents. You remain responsible for the documents you add and for checking automatically completed fields, AI summaries and reminders.

Buroo does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical or insurance advice. Answers, summaries and reminders are aids. The original document remains the source of truth.
Accounts and subscriptions
Buroo Free is free. Buroo Individual costs EUR 1.99 per month or EUR 19.99 per year. Buroo Family costs EUR 2.99 per month or EUR 29.99 per year and offers one shared household archive for up to five members. There is no introductory offer.
Payment, automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through your Apple ID and App Store rules. The price Apple shows in the purchase dialog takes precedence. Export, document deletion and account deletion remain available without a paid subscription.
Family use
The subscriber manages the shared household and invites members. Only invite people who should have access to the shared archive. The owner is responsible for withdrawing access when it is no longer appropriate.
Availability, prohibited use and liability
Braightminds may improve, limit or change Buroo where necessary for security, reliability, cost control, legal obligations or product development. Do not use Buroo for illegal activities, system abuse or attempts to bypass security, limits or paid features.
